Located on the Chester Water Company ground at 4902 Edgmont Avenue, this house was acquired by the New Chester Water Company in 1902. The president of that firm, Judge E. Wallace Chadwick, resided here for some years. It is a 11/2 story, three bay, one pile log house with an enclosed front addition.
