Built in the 19th century in the vernacular style and located on Chester Water Company property at 4900 Edgmont Avenue, this house presumably belonged to the Mullins family. It became part of the New Chester Water Company purchase in 1902. During the later 19th century, a McCall lived here and had a slaughterhouse on the property. A subsequent owner was Harry P. Cobourn
