Built in 1947 in Art Deco style, this house is located at 3701 Williamson Avenue. The owners are Peter and Helen Prox. Peter Prox designed and built the house. There was a stone quarry in back of the house which furnished stone for Williamson Trade School, Mr. Prox's alma mater. Williamson Avenue was formed from the owner's original acreage and named by him in honor of the school.
