 Owned by Ray and Doris Yorden and located at 200 East Maple Avenue, it was built in 1738. It was constructed in the colonial vernacular style. Prominent architect George Ewing lived in the house in 1895. It was owned by the Bennett family in 1939 and earlier by S.S. Jones who had a 38 acre farm here from 1873 to 1930.
