The Brookhaven business district is a very important part of our community with many wonderful places to shop and eat.  Local business owners are rooted in our community and take part in many community events.  We support our local business and encourage our residents to frequent their stores and “Buy Brookhaven”.

The Brookhaven Business & Professional Association (BBPA) has recently reorganized and meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7 PM in the Borough municipal building.   The association continues to grow and encourages local business to be part of the Brookhaven networking community.  Please contact one of the members below for membership opportunities.

Mayor's Safety Message

hess mike small2Effective, Thursday, March 8th the State of PA has placed into law the “no texting & driving” law.  Those found in violation will be issued a $50.00 fine.  Police officers will be looking for those drivers who’s heads may be down while driving during the day or the glow from the texting device at night. We ask that you keep Brookhaven safe and obey this new law. We also ask that you do not use your cell phones while driving unless it’s an extreme emergency. This too is a distraction and could cause an accident.  We care about the safety of our residents.
