Brookhaven Town Watch sent 4000 Christmas Cards to The troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. 3500 Cards came from the Upper Darby High School students organized by teacher Greg Camma (Picture Center) a Brookhaven resident. The cards were sent to and distributed by solders from Brookhaven now serving in those locations.

Brookhaven Town Watch sent over 15 boxes of needed items to troops who are from Brookhaven stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan. All items were donated by Brookhaven residents and surrounding communities.

Mayor's Safety Message

The Mayor has requested that all residents please refrain from using their cell phones or texting while driving through the Borough of Brookhaven unless it’s an extreme emergency.  It is well documented that cell phone usage while driving is a distraction could lead to an accident.  Please drive safely.
