The Brookhaven business district is a very important part of our community with many wonderful places to shop and eat. Local business owners are rooted in our community and take part in many community events. We support our local business and encourage our residents to frequent their stores and “Buy Brookhaven”.
The Brookhaven Business & Professional Association (BBPA) has recently reorganized and meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7 PM in the Borough municipal building. The Mayor has requested that all residents please refrain from using their cell phones or texting while driving through the Borough of Brookhaven unless it’s an extreme emergency. It is well documented that cell phone usage while driving is a distraction could lead to an accident. Please drive safely.
